26-year-old Avneensh Sehgal had earlier pleaded guilty in the High Court at Auckland to his part in one of the most horrific sex slave cases in New Zealand history.
He helped Kasmeer Lata sell her daughter up to five times a day.
The victim was sold around a thousand times over nearly two years, earning the offenders nearly 100-thousand dollars.
Sehgal was initially arrested trying to leave the country with a large sum of money.
His co-offender has already been sentenced to nearly seven years in prison.
Justice Graham Lang says the victim lived in complete social isolation and the effects of offending will last forever.
