The judge has reserved their decision on the sentencing of Steel and Tube

The company has already pleaded guilty to 24 charges involving false and misleading representations.
The Commerce Commission claims the company was grossly negligent and failed in its duty to ensure there were proper controls in testing its steel mesh products, to ensure they were up to the required standard.
A spokesman for Steel & Tube says it would be inappropriate to comment with the decision being reserved.
Lawyer Adina Thorn representing more than 200 victims says the compensation they will be seeking will in the tens of millions of dollars.
