All Blacks coach Steve Hansen believes it's a good idea to lower the height of a legal tackle to below the nipple line.
It'll be trialled at this year's under-20 trophy tournament, with the aim of reducing the risk of head injuries.
Hansen says it's better than the below the shoulder law, but he doesn't believe it's going to eliminate concussions from rugby.
The All Blacks are assembling in Christchurch for a three-day camp to prepare for next month's three test series against France.
