Illegal sex workers are using a million-dollar taxpayer-funded sexual health programme

The Ministry of Health gives the money to Prostitutes Collective for programmes across the country for sex workers.
The ministry's confirmed the services are accessed by prostitutes who aren't legally able to work in New Zealand, from time to time.
New Zealand sex worker Lisa Lewis says the services are being provided to the detriment of legal and local sex workers.
She says the fact the ministry and the collective are using taxpayer dollars to assist illegals is appalling.
