Kiwi golfer Lydia Ko has luck on her side late on day two of the women's US golf Open in Alabama

After a poor second round of five-over 77, Ko finished at four-over for the tournament, outside the projected cut line.
However, a rain delay seems to have affected the play of several of the players still to finish the round.
The poor play has seen the cut line move to four-over, meaning Ko will play in the final two rounds if things remain as they are.
Australian Sarah Jane Smith currently leads by four shots at ten-under par.
