Two leading contenders effectively rule themselves out of running for Black Caps head coach job
Two leading contenders and former test captains have effectively ruled themselves out of the running to replace Mike Hesson as Black Caps head coach

Stephen Fleming and Daniel Vettori's Twenty20 coaching commitments in the Indian Premier League and Australia's Big Bash look likely to place the Black Caps job in the too hard basket.
Fleming says he'd be happy to help out where needed from the outside, but doesn't want to step on anyone's toes.
Vettori is less inclined to pursue the role away from his other commitments due to the time required to be an international coach.
Former Northern Districts coach James Pamment is another who hasn't expressed any interest as he's currently employed by the Mumbai Indians.
