Jason Derulo wants to bag himself a "beautiful woman" at the World Cup

The 'Tip Toe' hitmaker will serenade soccer fans with his track 'Colors' when the tournament kicks off in Russia on Thursday (14.06.18) but he has admitted he's not overly interested in the game and would rather look at the pretty ladies in the stands

Speaking to the Metro newspaper, he said: "As a footballer, you get to date all the, hopefully, beautiful women. It's one of the perks of the job, but I am sure they work hard."

And he thinks that's how Liverpool player Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain managed to secure Little Mix's Perrie Edwards - who used to date Zayn Malik - as his girlfriend.

He said: "I have just started to get into the World Cup fever. I love English football but I don't have a team yet. Maybe I could support Liverpool. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is a great player for Liverpool. He is dating Perrie and I have worked with Little Mix too."

The 28-year-old singer hasn't had much luck on the love front in the past as he previously dated Jordin Sparks for three years until they split in September 2014.

The 'One Step At A Time' hitmaker has since moved on and found love with her husband Dana Isaiah and the pair welcomed their son Dana Isaiah Thomas Jr. - who will be known as DJ - into the world at the beginning of May.

She said recently: "It [giving birth] was just this incredibly miraculous, beautiful moment that I don't know could ever be duplicated or replicated.

"Like, you see it in movies, how emotional people get, but until you are actually sitting there, it's beyond anything I've ever felt in my life."

However, the birth wasn't without complications as her son managed to get the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck and it needed to be whipped off quickly.
