    Jenson Button is engaged

The Formula One driver is set to walk down the aisle for a second time after he recently popped the question to his former Playboy model partner Brittny Ward

The brunette beauty shared her exciting news on her Instagram account on Tuesday (12.06.18) night as she uploaded a photograph of her and Jenson standing on a beach in matching blue outfits with the caption: "Soon to be Mrs. Button."

Brittny proudly paraded her dazzling diamond rock as she gently caressed the 38-year-old racing driver's face with her left hand in the romantic beachfront shot.

The couple have been dating since March 2016 - just three months and his split from his wife Jessica Michibata was confirmed.

And the pair aren't afraid to brag about their love as earlier this year Brittny posted a sweet tribute to her beau for his birthday in which she called him her "favourite human."

She said: "Happy birthday to my favorite human being! You've shown me the type of love that I thought only existed in silly fairly tales.

"I can't believe I've captured my very own unicorn. Never letting go. (sic)"

Jenson and Jessica tied the knot in Hawaii in 2014 after first meeting in 2008, but less than a year later they decided to go their separate ways and have remained friends.

A spokesperson for Jenson said at the time: "Jenson and Jessica have decided to go their separate ways and it is very amicable. There is no one else involved."

It's not known why the couple didn't work out but the hunk revealed at the time that Jessica, 33, spent most of her time in Tokyo where she had a thriving career and he lived in the tax haven of Monaco and travelled the world for Formula One.
