An Auckland Transport survey shows inconsiderate drivers are scaring people away from cycling

More than half of the 15-hundred respondents to the online survey listed dangerous drivers as something that's stopped them hopping on a bike.

Bike Auckland chairwoman, Barb Cuthbert, says it sends a pretty clear message about our driving skills.

She says it's a callout for people who drive in Auckland, to start keeping an eye out for cyclists.
