    Former world number one Lydia Ko has risen two places to 14 in the women's golf rankings


    Ko finished tied for third in the latest LPGA tournament in Michigan.

    Meanwhile US Open champion Brooks Koepka has climbed five places to fourth in the world following his win at Shinnecock Hills.

    Ryan Fox remains the top ranked Kiwi up three places to 121st.
