Khloe Kardashian has made “lifestyle changes” when it comes to her diet

The 33-year-old reality star has been criticised for losing weight too quickly since hitting the gym following the birth of her two-month-old daughter True - whom she has with Tristan Thompson - and has now slammed haters for setting the “wrong tone” about her weight loss, as she always makes sure to work out “healthily”

Writing on Twitter, she said: I truly dislike when people report I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I’m doing these ridiculous diets. It’s really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food.

“Dieting is great but dieting doesn’t typically create long lasting results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individuals own rhythm of life. There’s no one size fits all when health and fitness.

“To you out there, don’t give up!! Everyday is a new day to find your rhythm (sic)”

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star has been vocal about her desire to shed her baby weight since welcoming True, and had previously said she hits the gym every single day in order to make sure she sheds the excess weight as fast as she can.

She said: "It's been so great being back in the gym with my trainer. I'm so motivated to get my body back and I'm feeling stronger every day - and getting closer to my goal!”

The ‘Revenge Body’ star also revealed details of the low-carb diet she has been put on by her nutritionist.

She added: "I'm currently on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist, Dr. Goglia, gave me. It has lots of protein, so I'm able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I'm never hungry because I'm always eating!"
