A slowdown in construction activity has ground down New Zealand's economic growth

New figures from Stats NZ show Gross Domestic Product increased by 0.5-percent in the three months to March.
That's down from 0.6-percent in the three months to December.
Stats NZ says the service sector continues to grow, and rebounding milk production has helped the agriculture sector recover.
However, construction has cooled off, down one-percent in the first three months of the year.
