Jacob Oram continues to be impressed by the evolution of the White Ferns and their environment

The former Black Caps allrounder joined the White Ferns ranks as a fulltime bowling coach earlier in the year and is currently with the side on their U.K. tour.

Oram previously worked with the team in 2014 and says it's awesome to see how far they've come.

He says it's a lot more professional with a lot more planning and talking, which comes with maturity.

The White Ferns face England in their second Twenty20 tri-series match tomorrow morning.
