The last time the two sides met was during last year's world cup, where Tonga won 32-18.
Samoan coach Matt Parish says they're preparing for another physical challenge.
He says Samoa and Tonga are always fierce rivals and no matter when and where the matches are played they're always physical.
But he says they're up for the challenge and they're looking forward to it.
Kick off's at 9:10pm, with the other match between Papua New Guinea and Fiji just getting underway.
