    Tall Blacks assistant coach Ross McMains blown away by young basketball talent in New Zealand

    Tall Blacks assistant coach and newly appointed New York Knicks head video coordinator Ross McMains has been blown away by the young basketball talent in New Zealand


    The national side are announced their 14-strong squad earlier today, ahead of their upcoming world cup qualifiers against Hong Kong and China.

    17 year old guard Kruz Perrott-Hunt is the sole debutant included.

    Ross McMains says there's so much talent around the future of New Zealand basketball is in good hands.

    He says they have a good group of young guys and he can see lots of potential.
