The frustration felt by a large group of secondary school principals has spilled into the Sunday papers

Over 40 of them have put their names to a full page ad failing the Education Minister for his NCEA review.
Baradene College principal Sandy Pasley is one of the signatories.
She agrees Chris Hipkins could do better.
And she wants more emphasis of getting quality teachers into schools, to deliver the right NCEA curriculum.
Pasley says a lot of principals are having to recruit teachers from overseas, and are quite desperate the situation be addressed as a matter of extreme urgency.
