PB Technologies has pleaded guilty to 14 charges relating to failings in extended warranty agreements

The Fair Trading Act Charges were brought by the Commerce Commission in the Auckland District Court.
The charges relate to extended warranty agreements sold to consumers and businesses that purchased PB Tech products.
PB Technologies was also warned by the commission over bait advertising on Apple watches.
The tech company emailed a reduced price on the watches to around 100-thousand people, despite only having 14 available at that price.
Sentencing will take place in September.
