    Rieko Ioane is allowed to skip the second and final of his All Blacks stand-down weeks


    The Blues utility back has only had one of his mandatory two Super Rugby rests, so would have been due to miss this weekend's final round match against the Crusaders.

    However, with the Blues firmly out of the playoff reckoning and Ioane poised for a few weeks without game time he's been allowed to play.

    Ioane says he sent out a few texts to try and get his week off scrapped.
