    A woman's been charged with careless driving following a crash in Levin which left two people dead


    The single-car crash occurred near the intersection of State Highway One and Lindsay Road on Monday night.

    One person died at the scene while another died in Wellington Hospital on Tuesday.

    A further four people were injured in the crash, including the 33-year-old woman who's been arrested.

    She's due to appear in the Levin District Court this afternoon on two counts of careless driving causing death.
