Wellingtonians aren't selling their houses because they're not confident they can find another to buy

Latest figures from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand show the median house price for the Wellington Region has increased by more than 12 percent since this time last year to just under 600 thousand dollars.
But the number of houses sold has decreased by 10 percent.
And the Wellington region still has the lowest number of properties for sale in the country.
Regional Director Mark Coffey says lots of homeowners would like to sell - if they could find somewhere else to go.
