The Highlanders are fresh and ready for their trip across the Tasman for their Super Rugby quarter-final against the Waratahs

Coach Aaron Mauger has named a near full-strength squad for the match, with All Blacks Ben Smith, Aaron Smith and Luke Whitelock all returning to the starting line-up after a week off.

Mauger says the only tough decision was at openside flanker, where James Lentjes has got the nod over Dillon Hunt.

He says Lentjes will bring the energy and style best suited for this weekend.

Richard Buckman, Siate Tokolahi and Alex Ainley have all missed out on the match-day 23 because of injuries.
