    The Wellington Phoenix have added two Australian attackers to their squad for the upcoming A-League season


    Former Socceroos Mitch Nichols and David Williams have been unveiled as the latest additions to coach Mark Rudan's squad.

    The pair have a combined 371 games of A-League experience, with Nichols having won two championships with Brisbane.

    Nichols and Williams join English defender Steven Taylor and Polish goalkeeper Filip Kurto as new arrivals in Wellington, with the Phoenix roster now 15-strong.

    Another Pole, midfielder Michal Kopczynski is on his way to Wellington and will be unveiled in the coming days.
