It comes after new revelations, that Deputy Police Commissioner Wally Haumaha
contacted a police employee about bullying allegations made against him -
allegedly asking for the support of that witness.
When asked whether Haumaha's fit to be Deputy Commissioner, Greg O'Connor
says to get any jobs in Police you have to go through a fairly vigorous
process, to move up through the system.
He says Haumaha's got to where he is - on merit.
O'Connor says there's a lot to be worked out yet, and to wait for the results
of the inquiry.
