    Strong winds have caused disruption across Auckland


    46 Air New Zealand flights were affected

    MetService has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Northland, Auckland, Great Barrier Island, Coromandel Peninsula, Waikato and Bay of Plenty - from 10pm until midday tomorrow.

    FENZ says there have been 18 weather related call outs in Auckland relating to roofs lifting and fallen powerlines and trees.
