Tom Brady was mercilessly mocked for not seeing his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen's relationship with her jiu-jitsu trainer coming during his Netflix roast

The retired NFL player, 46, finalised his divorce from the supermodel, 43, on 28 October, 2022, after 13 years of marriage, with the catwalk icon first starting to train with martial artist Joaquim Valente, 34, in 2021

Comic Kevin Hart, 44, who led Tom's live roast on Sunday (05.05.24) started his gags about Gisele's new romance by joking about how Tom had left New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, 72, "high and dry" when he left the team and moved to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He told the crowd: "You f-'d him. You f-'d him good. You did, Tom, you

f-'d your coach, but let me tell you something people... that's what you've got to do to maintain your happiness."

"You sometimes got to f- your coach. You know who else f-'d their coach? Gisele. She f-'d that karate man."

The camera panned to Tom, who smiled but seemed uncomfortable, as Kevin carried on: "I mean, Jesus Christ, Tom. One of the smartest quarterbacks ever played a game. How did you not see this coming? Eight f-'ing karate classes a day.

"Eight karate classes a day and she's still a white belt. F- Tom. The only bruises she had were on her (bum.) Everybody should have known it."

'The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady' held at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, Los Angeles, also featured comic Nikki Glaser, 39, and the show was part of the Netflix Is a Joke Fest, which the streamer said was the first-ever roast to be telecast live and unedited.

Tom and Gisele have son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, and the model's relationship with Joaquim was publicly confirmed in February of

    2024.

Gisele recently slammed speculation she started her romance with the martial artist before her split from Tom.

She told The New York Times about the gossip she was a chat: "That's a lie. This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labelled as being unfaithful.

"No one really knows what happens between two people, only the two people in the relationship."

Gisele and Joaquim first met in December 2021 but did not start dating until June 2023.

The pair were spotted together in Miami and Costa Rica in 2022 though she repeatedly denied they were anything more than friends.

Among those who also roasted Tom were Julian Edelman, 37, Rob Gronkowski, 34, Drew Bledsoe, 52, Randy Moss, 47, and 43-year-old Kim Kardashian.

The roast also saw Tom in his finale speech taking aim at 34-year-old Travis Kelce's relationship with Taylor Swift, 34, by saying all his fans were now the singer's 14-year-old followers.

He also targeted Kanye West, 46, after Kim's roast segment by saying: "I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight. Not because of this but because her kids are at home with their dad."

Kim was booed on stage while addressing comedian Kevin and joking about his height.
