    The first arrest in the capital under the new gang patch ban

    Police have confirmed a 27 year old patched Black Power member was arrested on Cuba Street yesterday afternoon - for wearing a Nomads baseball cap.

    The man's facing court next week, in relation to the gang insignia - and a meth-related charge.
