Northland and Tasman house prices are rising quickly, but Auckland house prices are in decline

The Real Estate Institute's national median house price rose 6.5-percent in the year to November, to 575-thousand dollars.
But the Northland median house price increased over 21 percent, to 515-thousand.
And the average in Tasman up over 19 percent to 645-thousand.
Auckland's median house price dropped 1.5-percent, to 867-thousand.
