    A heads-up for landlords...there's less than six months left to get rental properties insulated

    12 January 2019
    The Real Estate Institute says any landlord who doesn't get it done by July 1st could face a four thousand dollar fine.

    The Institute says landlords should take the issue seriously and prepare ahead of time rather than leaving it to the last minute.

    Landlords who leave it to the last minute risk of longer wait times for insulation, which could push them over the deadline.
