Concerns ongoing strike action by junior doctors will impact on patient wait times

Concerns ongoing strike action by junior doctors will impact on patient wait times

    12 February 2019
Today marks the third strike by resident doctors ... with a fourth already scheduled for the end of the month.

Dr Peter Bramley, DHB spokesperson for resident doctors, says it's disappointing.

He says if any patients have to be deferred, they'll be given another appointment as soon as practical.

Bramley says clinical teams across the country will be prioritising any care that's been disrupted.
