A quiet start to the year for the housing market

A quiet start to the year for the housing market

    13 February 2019
QV's just released its latest House Price Index, showing nationwide residential property values increased by just point nine percent in the three months to January.

QV Senior Consultant Paul McCorry says prices had to plateau eventually.

He says we've just experienced some of the most significant growth in the New Zealand property market, and that had to level off.
