House prices are holding, despite the shadow of Covid 19

House prices are holding, despite the shadow of Covid 19

    4 June 2020
Prices are slightly up nationally - and in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch centres - over the past three months.

Century 21 real estate agent Derryn Mayne says the full effect of Covid 19 on prices is still to come, but the signals are promising.

She says interest rates are low and rents are still high for people looking to invest in rental properties.

Mayne says there are far more buyers than properties.
