Testing times for property owners in the Queenstown-Lakes district

Testing times for property owners in the Queenstown-Lakes district

    31 July 2020
Trade Me's latest Rental Price Index shows median rent in the area dropped by $210 in June, compared to June last year.

One Roof editor Owen Vaughan says the lack of international tourists is hurting Queenstown, and impacting the rental market.

He says those investors who can't weather the price drop storm will have to sell their properties.
