That's according to the Financial Times.
It reports the new price for the Pfizer shot is 19.50 euros or $33.23 cents New Zealand.
That's up from 15.50 euros or $26.41 in New Zealand currency.
The cost of the Moderna vaccine has gone up by about four US dollars.
Pfizer has declined to comment on its contract with the European Commission, citing confidentiality.
