The Crusaders coach has re-signed until the end of the 2021 season.

Toulon rugby club owner Mourad Boudjellal has been so disappointed with former All Blacks winger Julian Savea's performance, he says he's going to ask for a DNA test.

Could the Warriors face scrutiny over a potential breach of anti-tampering rules?

The Sydney Morning Herald reports the NRL club has attempted to lure Parramatta's Dylan Brown on a $3 million deal until 2025.

The website claims the Warriors made an offer to the play-maker which, if accepted, would have put the teenager on the richest contract for a player yet to feature in first grade.

However, the bid is likely to draw the governing body's attention, given Brown is contracted to the Eels until the end of 2020 - he's expected to stay at the club.

A case of potty mouth has seen pace bowler Trent Boult fined $600 during the second one-day cricket international between New Zealand and Bangladesh in Christchurch.

They've beaten the Northern Knights by 67 runs in Hamilton, dismissing the hosts for 80 runs with all five bowlers taking at least one wicket each.

Earlier they posted 147 for eight, led by 63 from Dean Foxcroft.

The Melbourne Renegades have pulled off a victory over the Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League final.

The Stars looked on track for victory at 93 without loss after 12.5 overs, before going 39 for seven and handing the Renegades a 13-run victory.

An Olivia Merry brace has guided the women's Black Sticks to their second win of the FIH Pro League, 2-1 over China.

Meanwhile more than six months after it was confirmed, Hockey New Zealand's will release the findings of the review into the women's Black Sticks environment next Monday.
