More shocking evidence at the Abuse in Care Royal Commission of Inquiry's second week in Auckland

This morning the Inquiry heard from human rights lawyers Sonja Cooper and Amanda Hill about complainants' difficulties reporting issues.
Amanda Hill says the Crown unapologetically classified all complaints - except those of a serious sexual nature - as "treatment."
She says it was argued in court that burning a teenager with a cigarette was treatment to discourage them from smoking.
