A massive clean-up lies ahead for Gisborne

The region's state of emergency has finally been lifted, after being put in place last Wednesday.
Severe rain has been slamming Tairawhiti recently, causing damage to roads, dangerous slips and evacuations.
The Government's pledged 175-thousand dollars for the cleanup so far.
But Gisborne Council Chief Executive Nedine Thatcher Swann says more support is still needed.
She says they are going to need signifcant funding, especially for roads.
