    Two expansion spots remain on the table after Papua New Guinea's confirmation as the 18th team, to be based in Port Moresby from 2028.

    There are three Christchurch-based consortiums interested in a NRL license - the Kea, Orca and South Island bid.

    Price says they've got every chance.
