Justin Baldoni has missed a deadline to appeal his lawsuits against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and the New York Times

And according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the final judgement on the case has just been entered and all of Justin's claims have been thrown out of court because he has let the deadline for launching an appeal pass without making a fresh bid.

The judge had dismissed Justin's claim after noting Blake had included her own allegations of her co-star causing her "severe emotional distress" and instigating a smear campaign against her had been included in a civil rights case and therefore she couldn't be held liable for them, while the New York Times' reporting was based on the legal complaint.

Justin had argued the newspaper had selected certain emails and texts to make him look bad but the court ruled their reporting had closely tracked the former Gossip Girl's version of events.

And while Justin accused Ryan of falsely branding him a "sexual predator", the judge also found the statement consistent with Blake's allegations and her husband had no reason to believe them to be untrue, so the comment couldn't be part of a defamation claim.

Following the judge's ruling, Blake vowed to keep fighting for other women.

She wrote on Instagram: "Last week, I stood proudly alongside 19 organizations united in defending women's rights to speak up for their safety. Like so many others, I've felt the pain of a retaliatory lawsuit, including the manufactured shame that tries to break us.

"While the suit against me was defeated, so many don't have the resources to fight back.

"I'm more resolved than ever to continue to stand for every woman's right to have a voice in protecting themselves, including their safety, their integrity, their dignity and their story.

"There are protections out there. Check out some of the incredible organizations below for resources and information.

"With love and gratitude for the many who stood by me, many of you I know. Many of you I don't. But I will never stop appreciating or advocating for you.
