    There are five A-League players in Australia's preliminary 26-man squad for next month's football World Cup

    Josh Brillante , Dimi Petratos, Josh Risdon, James Troisi and uncapped teenager Daniel Arzani have all been included.

    Veteran Tim Cahill has also been named as he targets a fourth World Cup appearance.

    The Socceroos will attend a training camp in Turkey and play a friendly against the Czech Republic before the final 23-man squad is named on June 3rd.

    Australia will meet France, Peru and Denmark at the World Cup.
