    Maori development is getting 37-million-dollars of new operation funding across four years

    Maori development is getting 37-million-dollars of new operation funding across four years


    15-million will be used for practical assistance and resources for whanau and Maori housing providers. 7 million will be used to help improve the administration of Maori freehold land. The other 15-million will be used to improve education and employment outcomes for rangatahi. Maori development minister Nanaia Mahuta says she wants uplift for Maori in all areas of social and economic development.
