The Mount Smart club haven't strung together consecutive wins since round five, and have now slipped to fourth on the competition ladder.

Warriors coach Stephen Kearney says they need to address ways to combat their shortcomings.

He says they've had some significant changes in the team over the past six weeks which has an effect.

Meanwhile, Warriors captain Roger Tuivasa-Sheck will have scans on an ankle niggle he picked up during the match.
