Former captain Simon Mannering has called time on his New Zealand career after 45 tests for the Kiwis.
Mannering says the idea of taking a test to the United States is really exciting for the game, but he thinks it's a good time for younger players to be given every opportunity.
Wests Tigers props Ben Matulino and Russell Packer have followed Mannering in announcing their international retirements.
Matulino played 23 tests for the Kiwis and Packer seven.
