The QE II National Trust is weighing up legal action against Auckland Council

The Council is scrapping the rates discounts that the trust's members have long received for donating land to conservation.
It's replacing the discount with a new scheme under which landowners will be given automatic grants for three years, before being charged rates
QEII National Trust Chief Executive, Mike Jebson, believes Auckland Council is not recognising its responsibilities.
