The Canterbury Bulldogs have shot down rumours they're looking to force Kieran Foran into retirement

The Canterbury Bulldogs have shot down rumours they're looking to force Kieran Foran into retirement

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

Australian media have reported the club are seeking to have the former Kiwis half retire to ease the salary cap squeeze that's cast a dark shadow over their 2019 season.

Foran has been hampered by shoulder, hamstring and back problems for several years.

But Canterbury CEO Andrew Hill has denied that, saying they've had no conversations with Foran, internally or with the NRL.
