Serious drink-drivers will now need to blow before they go

Alcohol interlock breath-testing devices will be installed in the cars of anyone caught over the limit twice in five years.
First time drink-drivers caught more than three-point-two times over the alcohol limit, will also have to install the devices.
Caroline Perry, from Brake New Zealand, says the new law could slash repeat offending by up to 60 percent.
She says government estimates show at least six-thousand drink-driving events would be prevented each year.
