Our drinking culture is back in the spotlight in the wake of the damning Russell McVeagh review

Dame Margaret Bazley has made 48 recommendations to change the culture at the law firm, after an investigation prompted by complaints of sexual harassment against young female interns.
She found junior staff were encouraged to participate in a work hard, play hard drinking culture.
Victoria University law student Bethany Paterson says it's an interesting link to make between alcohol and people committing sexual abuse.
She says instead of focusing on victims being drunk and vulnerable, it puts the responsibility on those drinking to excess and behaving inappropriately.
