    The New South Wales Origin front-rower had the bands taken out of his jaw on Monday and can only now begin to open his mouth and talk properly.

    For the last four weeks he's been eating through a straw.

    Campbell-Gillard says in the last couple of days he's been treating himself to mashed potato and KFC popcorn chicken.
