    Bay of Plenty's signed a former All Blacks flanker for the upcoming Mitre 10 Cup


    Tanerau Latimer is returning home to play for the Steamers after two seasons with French club Bayonne .

    Latimer played five tests for the All Blacks in 2009 and 79 times for Bay of Plenty between 2004 and 2013.
