Mahe Drysdale has gone quicker than Robbie Manson in the semi-finals of the world cup regatta in Lucerne ahead of tonight's showdown for New Zealand's men's single sculls seat

The double Olympic champion has come home second in his semi, but has recorded a time one and a half seconds faster than Manson, who's won his semi-final.
The men's single sculls final is at 9:48pm New Zealand time, with the best performer of the two to represent New Zealand at the world champs in September.
