It's announced four of its 14 regular season home fixtures this campaign will be played in the regions, with venues to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
The Breakers played games in Christchurch, Wellington and Hamilton in their inaugural season, but not since.
The rest of their home games this season will be played at Spark Arena in downtown Auckland, with games unable to be held at the North Shore Events Centre while the facilities are being upgraded to meet league regulations.
The N-SEC has hosted the majority of the club's games in its history, including its maiden game against the Adelaide 36ers in 2003.
